 I have years of experience performing a variety of general admin tasks. As a detail oriented and organized professional I take pride in completing assignments on time and with accuracy. I create detailed to-do lists that make it so you won’t forget anything. That includes going to the grocery store or picking up the kiddos.
 
   Email management
 
As a VA, I sort through your inbox, decluttering it and making so that you can find the emails that are the most important. I respond to client inquires representing you in the best way possible. I know how time-consuming managing emails can be. Rather than you taking the time to time responding to emails, I do it for you. I make it so that you already have calls booked, products ready to ship, and presentations to present.
 
   Calendar management
 
A day can fill up quicker than you expect it to as an entrepreneur. With my help, your calendar is evenly booked with appointments throughout the week. Should you need to commute to any appointments, they will all be with minutes of one another. My goal is to save you time both in office and out of office as well.
  
   Event planning

While some people groan at the thought of maintaining an Excel spreadsheet, I get excited about them! As an administrative assistant, I have used Excel in each position I’ve held. I keep spreadsheets organized with formulas, and well labels tabs, columns, and rows. If you aren’t using Excel, no worries. I am a quick learner and can use any app or program that you prefer to keep your business organized.
 
   Phone calls
 
Even though we aren’t in an office together, I can still make phone calls on your behalf. I have extensive experience with the Grasshopper app. The app allows me to take incoming phone calls and respond to voicemails. When your phone is ringing off the hook with new client inquiries, I’m here to answer them!
 
   Travel planning
 
Whoo! Being an entrepreneur takes a lot out of you! Not to worry, I can help you find some room in your schedule for relaxation. Whether it is a staycation or vacation, I can search the web for the best deals on flights and hotels. I’ll also put together a detailed itinerary that suggests activities and sites to see.
